Type /mc 7 and go to where you want to start the cloud, and you can place a block on your magic carpet, in which you can continue off of and start your castle!

I do not have materials, I cannot spawn wool or any block.

Yes you can.

Use /giveme ID AMOUNT DAMAGE

Where you can find the ID by typing /search blockname

Damage is for things like wool, logs, halfsteps, etc.

What will your cloud be made of: does this mean what im building on it (in that case various materials)? or the cloud itself?( wool in that case)
